I am a longevity-focused health practitioner, supporting leaders, parents, and growing families to build strong, resilient foundations for lifelong health.
My work is rooted in the belief that health is not something to push through, optimise for short periods, or address only when things break down. True health is built over time. It supports how we live, care for others, carry responsibility, and age well.
I take a whole-life, root-cause approach to health. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms or short-term fixes, I look at the body as an interconnected system — considering nutrition, digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, inflammation, energy regulation, and the wider context of a person’s life.
I work with individuals and families who want to understand their health properly. People who feel their body is giving them signals. Parents who want to lead by example. Leaders who recognise that responsibility — at work or at home — is only sustainable when health is supported, not sacrificed.
My approach is calm, thorough, and personalised. There is no pressure, no extremes, and no one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we focus on understanding what your body needs, restoring balance where it has been lost, and creating foundations that support health now and into the future.
I bring experience from both clinical practice and high-pressure environments, which has shaped how I work today. I understand how easily health is deprioritised when life is busy, demanding, or centred around caring for others. I also understand how powerful it is when health is rebuilt with care, consistency, and informed guidance.
My role is not to push people beyond their limits, but to help them create a body that can support life fully — family, work, responsibility, relationships, and longevity.
Health is deeply personal, but it is also generational. When one person is supported properly, the benefits ripple outward — to children, families, and communities.

I am somewhat like a detective, I gather clues from your past and current heath status often alongside functional testing and scientific research to identify what is impacting your health to help your feel rebalanced.
PERSONALISED PROGRAMMES ARE KEY
The key is the development of a personalised plan called a Nutrition plan which includes nutritional advice, botanical medicines, supplements, specialised dietary programs such as gut healing, weight-loss or tailored elimination diets, stress-management techniques and exercise advice that are specific to you.
THERE IS NO 1 SIZE FITS ALL
Because no two people — or families — are the same, every plan I create is personalised to the individual in front of me. What supports one person may not support another. Your biology, your life stage, your stress load, and your daily responsibilities all matter.
This work isn’t about following a generic protocol. It’s about understanding how your body is responding to life right now, and building a thoughtful, realistic plan that supports your health over time.

DISCOVERING THE ROOT CAUSE
It takes time to find root causes so I conduct testing and research to connect all the dots to best optimise your health. Carrying out this level of work I cannot truly help you in a couple of sessions. It's rather like committing to learning how to drive; a one off driving lesson isn't going to achieve your goal of driving a car.
Most health concerns don’t develop overnight, and they rarely resolve in one appointment. Working together over time allows for steady, supportive care that fits into everyday life. This is why I offer programmes for those who would benefit from ongoing guidance, alongside single consultations.
