The Menopause Cafe Chat takes place at a local venue during the day, the cost is a nominal £5.25 to cover handouts given to attendees. This is also a great opportunity for women in general to look after their health, so the transition into peri-menopause is smoother. So whether you are in Perimenopause or Menopausal this is a great event for you to attend.
The session is hosted by Neha Deol a practitioner specialising in Hormones and Gut health so always get expert advice and support.
It is a safe and informative place to come and learn, share and engage with other females experiencing the Menopause.
